❤️RESET STEPSIf the APP can't find the smart downlight when connecting, please reset the downlight according to the following steps: please turn on the light and then turn it off immediately, keep it off for about 3 seconds and turn it on again, repeat this step for at least 10 times or more until the light breathes, then the reset is successful.

    Due to we are Private Seller so we are not provide VAT invoice, we have 7 Years Warranty so you need't worry about the after-sale. Please contact us if you have any questions. Our preferred method would be Paypal but we can also accept all major credit/debit cards payment and direct bank transfers. lf you use e-cheque on PayPal, delivery may take longer, as we will not be able to process your order until the e-cheque clears. If you are making a bank transfer, please leave your exact eBay username as reference.

    All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. ltems will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.We offer Free AU Standard Delivery. However, if you can’t wait to get your hands on the product, we have Express Delivery option available for you.We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public so we do not offer a pick-up option.

  • Return

    If we sent is incorrect, or items have arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days, we will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund. If you wish to return unsend goods for refund or exchange, the item must be returned with original packaging within 45 days. We will pay the postage fee for any goods that need to be resent or return due to a fault on our behalf.

3. Change of Delivery Address
NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

4. Order Tracking
If you have already registered on ALUSSO LIGHTING, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.

5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
