The steps to create the groups

Generally it takes 1-2 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.

2. Delivery Time
We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

3. Change of Delivery Address
NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

4. Order Tracking
If you have already registered on ALUSSO LIGHTING, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.

5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

Fixed Postage for per order, ships from Germany when the consignee is in the EU, ships from United Kingdom when the consignee is in the UK.

In case of any unsatisfaction with your purchase, we offer a convenient 45-day return policy. This means that you have 45 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Any return request after 45 days will not be honored.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, items must not show any signs of wear, use, or damage. We reserve the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.


4. Refund Process:

A refund will be processed within 1-2 business days after we have confirmed that the item matches the buyer’s description. Refunds will be made to the original payment account, Please note that it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your card issuer and typically takes 7-15 days.


5. Return & Exchange Charges

No additional handling fee for returns. If the return is due to an issue on our end, such as incorrect items or quality problems, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
However, if the Return and Exchanges is initiated by the buyer for reasons such as personal preference or ordering the wrong item/color/size, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Die Lampen werden für ein DIY Projekt genutzt und funktionieren bisher einwandfrei.Eine Steuerung mit den bekannten Assistenzsystemen wie Google oder Amazon Alexa steht mir noch bevor.Ich werde meine Rezension dahingehend zu einem spätern Zeitpunkt erweitern.Bisher eine klare Kaufempfehlung, wenn sie halten, was sie versprechen.

Good smart lighting

These downlights offer a lot of functionality, allowing me to adjust the brightness, colour temperature, and even RGB colours to create different atmospheres in my home. The compatibility with Alexa, and the Smart Life app makes them easy to control with voice commands or through my smartphone. However, the app can be a bit slow to connect sometimes. It's not a dealbreaker, but it can be a bit frustrating.

Easy ți use and feels more private

Pretty happy with these lights.I have had them installed a few weeks and haven’t experienced any issues with the WiFi connection or need to repair.Lights have good brightness, the color of one is slightly more yellow than the others but it isn’t too noticeable.As for installation, pretty standard fare.The app has all the features you'd expect like the ability to group lights so you can control them with one command but still control fixtures individually. Tunable color temperatures from warm light 3000K to daylight 5700K, or RGB color changing 16 million colors.Also change the color with the beat of the music or the sound of the game in your smart devices.Overall good quality and good value for the money.

Good smart lighting for our kitchen!!!

I have been looking for some smart lights to replace the old traditional ones in our kitchen and these work perfectly and I am pretty pleased with them.They were fairly easy to install and I had no issues connecting them to my smart life app, which is the preferred app we use for all our home lighting. The lights themselves have a good brightness and if you want you can change the colours but we mainly just use them as standard. These can also be used with Alexa but we haven't had time to set this up yet, but I like that its an additional feature.Overall, we are pretty happy with them, but do I feel they are on the more expensive side.
